Will this work with my TV?
Odds are YES! Our mount is intended to be universal.
The maximum suggested screen size is provided as general guidance. If your TV has a VESA compatible with 75x75 - 600x400, and does not exceed the 110lbs weight recommendation, for our Heavy Duty Pillar Mount, then by all means, our product can be used for your TV!
Can the Pillar Mount be used outside?
YES - the mount itself and all components are powder coated to prevent rusting. The straps are similar to those used for securing cargo while in transit, they are made for the harshest of conditions.
But what do I do with the cables?
For the cleanest look, we recommend using a long HDMI & power cord run along one of the straps and down the back of the column (out of sight). Securing in place with some basic zip ties works really well. Any electronics, such as gaming consoles or cable boxes can be tucked out of sight behind the column or in a free standing entertainment console off to the side.
