Return

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!  All orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We offer three options in hopes of making your return process as easy as possible:

  • Flat rate $25 CAD (per unit purchased) return shipping on all orders in North America.  A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided by our team.  Return fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customers may choose to ship their order back to our office at their own expense. A full refund will be issued.  Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Sorry!

Once your return is received and inspected, if in satisfactory condition, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.  You will receive a confirmation email.

Please note, any fees associated with express shipping on the original order are non-refundable.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to accept the delivery of your order, the following terms will apply:

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the return shipping cost exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be issued.

Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost paid by you at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive the refused delivery and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If items are damaged or missing parts due to your refusal, an additional fee may be charged or the refund may be denied.

Responsibility for Refused Deliveries: Pillar Mount Ltd. is not responsible for the package until it is received at our returns facility. Any loss or damage that occurs during the return transit is the customer's responsibility.
