Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post or Canpar depending on your location and fastest available service. 

You'll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is shipped, you can track it every step of the way!

Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as bad weather. Please do note, custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

Shipping Estimate:

Please refer to shipping estimates provided at checkout after providing the correct shipping address.

North American Shipping:

All orders within Canada & the United States are subject to FREE ground shipping.  Should you require express or expedited shipping, please upgrade at checkout.

Orders destined for the United States may be subject to duties and/or taxes.

International Shipping:

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pillar Mount Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pillarmount.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  There is usually a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address shortly after placement. Please contact us immediately at hello@pillarmount.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
