The arm droops when extended. The instructions were clear and installation was executed quickly. my only complaint woud be when the arm is extended the TV angles down. is this normal?
***Buyer Beware** Ordered a pillar mount, which is ended up on customs in Canada for 2 extra weeks. I emailed the help contact and no response, called and received a VM that the person I am calling is not available. Then, yesterday I received an import tax statement from FedEx for $75. We shall see if the company decides to reach back out. I strongly suggest other options if you are looking for a pillar mount, buyer beware.
Works as advertised. Easy to assemble, feels heavy duty.
Was easier than I thought to setup, and it holds very well.
Bought the heavy-duty mount and it works as described. It's sturdy and keeps the TV stable, even when moving it around. The straps are very long and should fit any pillar size. The rubber column protector plate helped prevent scratches during installation, I'm not sure whether this is included with the medium-duty version. Installation was straightforward, but it definitely requires two people. Overall, it's a nice way to make use of pillar in an apartment.

Just one minor complaint: The mounting plate needs an additional rubber pad unerneath to provide sufficient grip on certain materials to avoid a slight slippage. Especially when moving the device to more sideway extensions which is then prone to ruining the proper leveling. Otherwise the product and service fully met my expectations. Thanks alot

Extremely difficult to mount, demand refund!
So far, so good! Mounted a 60" (old) TV on a Heavy Duty on a 15" x 15" wood square pillar. No movement and feels sturdy!
Holds up nice , 55” tv for reference.
Great product and easy to install
Does not feel heavy duty, seems to barely hold a 75 frame tv. Thin metal, single arm. I would rethink advertising anything over 55 or 65.
The mount worked perfectly for our church’s 85” TCL TV. Unfortunately there was a change of heart in where the tv would actually be going so potentially looking at returning?

Works as designed. Easy setup. Does not work for 75in tv as stated it only goes up to 70. Thought it may due to weight was within acceptable range but holds a 60in perfectly.

I waited about two months to observe before writing this review, and I’m happy to share that this TV Pillar Mount works great! I even marked the pillar with a pencil to see if the mount would slip over time, but it hasn't budged even a millimeter. Though it’s a bit pricey, I wanted something reliable for my expensive TV, so I went with the larger model, which also includes protective pads for the pillar (I'm not sure if the smaller one does). I’ve read that some users had issues, but with careful installation, it holds very well. My TV is heavy, so I took my time and followed the instructions precisely. One minor challenge was figuring out how to thread the nylon strap through the latch, which wasn’t fully explained in the video or manual. I paused the demo videos and compared them to the diagrams until I felt confident I was doing it right. Keeping the straps parallel and tightening the latch slowly helped ensure the mount was secure. I made sure the final click of the latch is complete and not partial. Overall, I’m very pleased with this mount. Instead of placing the TV on a flat wall and having my back to the view, I can now enjoy both the scenery and the TV. Plus, it frees up space in the living room and adds a modern, unique look!
Buyers beware. Mount slipped in less than one day. I used the mount on a round pillar on a TV at much less weight (60 lb) than the quoted 110 lb. I fastened the clamps as tight as they could get and made sure the straps were spaced straight and evenly. However, the mount slipped a few inches on one side, causing the arm to become unstable and my $3500 TV to go flying at the window behind the column. Of course I took it down and requested a refund. The company refused. Rather they suggested I try to reinstall. Avoid this product and, even more so, a company that won’t stand behind it.
The straps were adequate but could have heavier duty.
